Making the trip back to Brisbane on the 5th January 2008, Dennis Bullpitt was raring to jump back in the drivers seat after a Christmas Break.

Heat one saw Dennis start out of position five, advancing one spot to finish in fourth, trailing Gary Maroske all the way.

Heat 2 saw a stellar drive in the TSS Falcon, as Bullpitt made his way through to eventually finish in 6th place.  Starting from position 5 in the final heat of the night, Dennis once again moved forward, on several occasions racing cars three wide up the back straight.  Dennis crossed the line in 3rd place. 

Qualifying in 6th spot for the final beside fellow Toowoomba racer Shane Macdonald, Dennis moved into 4th place early on in the race, then trailing Steve Price for the remainder.  Dennis couldn't find a way past Price who went on to claim 2nd place on the last lap, as Shane Macdonald claimed victory in the final ahead of Steve Price and Shane Dennis.

The next race for the team will be at Maryborough Speedway on the 26th/27th January 2008 for the Wide Bay Grand Prix, as Dennis gears up for the Australian Title being held there over Easter.
